What was the challenge?
Silvia is a people-focused coach who supports her clients in a variety of ways. She does this through 1-on-1 coaching and by offering various programs. We’ve been collaborating for quite some time.
The main challenge Silvia faced was figuring out how to translate her in-person approach into the online space. She wanted to ensure she could continue doing this in a way that remained people-centered.
How did we help?
I guided Silvia on how to develop a people-centered strategy to scale her 1-on-1 coaching into an online program and a group coaching format. We also worked together to figure out how to achieve this technically.
Silvia wanted to automate as many routine tasks as possible so she could spend more time helping her clients, writing, and focusing on the activities that energize her.
In co-creation, Silvia and I built a digital application designed for coaches, trainers, consultants, and knowledge entrepreneurs. This application automates many tasks, making it easier for these entrepreneurs to scale and manage their online businesses.
What was the result?
By automating many of her processes, Silvia found a way to scale her 1-on-1 coaching into an online program and group coaching offering. With our help, she created a membership for creative generalists, and now for multi-passionate coaches as well.
