What was the challenge?
Veerle and Peter had been working for a while to get their new business Family Dynamics on track. Where they help family businesses and especially the people behind the company, as a couple.
The challenge was that they actually had too many ideas. As a result, there was no clarity and focus for their offer. So that their customers also had no clarity about how exactly they could help them.
They were looking for someone who could help with their offer and marketing and also with the technical side of setting up their website and the rest of the sales funnel.
How did we help?
Together with Veerle and Peter we held a number of workshops to create a clear offer and web & brand strategy. Then we created a marketing plan and Brand Story. In it we made the customer journey clear and also worked out the sales funnel for two products (master class and an e-book).
Afterwards we made a new website from the Brand Story and also the automations for the sales funnel. With our own software package and ActiveCampaign.
What was the result?
The result is that we created a clear brand concept that completely matches the talents and expertise of Veerle and Peter. Veerle is in the foreground as a high counselor and relationship therapist for the relationships within family businesses.
Peter complements her perfectly in a supporting role. Together they also provide master classes for family businesses and advisors, therapists and experts of family businesses.
The result is also that we have set up a website and a fully automated process. With minimal manual action when people make an application.
