Werkmerk.be helps small (family) businesses with their employer branding and how they can attract employees simply by being themselves and with their corporate culture.
What was the challenge?
For Werkmerk it was not a difficult choice to join forces with us. We share the same values and people-oriented approach.
The challenge was to translate what they do to the digital world. Focusing on their brand and designing a digital customer journey so that companies can also find their way to them.
