About the company
Schreppie Pools is a very customer-oriented company that builds swimming pools with top quality. They have been awarded the gold prize of swimming pool builders for several years. They owe this to both their quality work and because they are so people-oriented.
What was the challenge?
When Schreppie Pools contacted me, they had grown so much that they had to invest too much time and energy in their administration. As a result, An, the manager, could no longer invest as much time in helping her customers. And that was precisely one of the reasons why they had grown so much.
The challenge was to create a digital people-oriented experience from their customer-oriented approach. In a way that they could still maintain that personal contact and at the same time save a lot of time on administration and routine tasks.
In other words, how do you remain human in a digital environment.
How did we help them?
We mapped out what their people-oriented brand means to their customers and how they work, using a number of workshops. We then structured and simplified processes and contact moments with the customer and made a selection of things that we were going to digitize.
We built a digital environment where their customers could book appointments themselves. We also digitized a number of core activities of the company. Such as customer management, invoicing, work planning, stock management of materials and products, ordering materials from suppliers, and a cash register system for the store.
What was the result?
The result was that customers are even more satisfied with their service. By digitizing a part, they now have more time to work with their customers.
By investing in digitization, they have saved time and money. They have been able to grow even faster and hire extra staff.

Before working with us, the business owner was overwhelmed and overworked. She didn’t have the resources to hire an extra employee to help her. Taking 2 months to do invoicing and setting appointments in combination with the regular work of building and maintenance of swimming pools.
After working with us, the invoicing and appointment setting was done in 2 days. She had saved time and energy, so that the businss was able to grow further. Increasing revenue and they were able to hire 5 more employees after a year.
A streamlined processes and a great customer experience
We did several workshops to optimize and streamline the systems and business processes. Created a service design blueprint with touch points where they have contact with customers.
Then we created a digital application that automates the different processes.
